Plush Rugs

Our plush rugs are made of a soft, lightweight textile blend. These fluffy area rugs are thicker, softer (think crimped wool), and higher-pile than our chenille rugs but just as machine-washable. They are available in 6’x9’, 5’x7’, 3’x5’ (185cm x 275cm, 150cm x 215cm, 90cm x 150cm), and runners.

A white plush rug will instantly brighten up any space, while solid plush rugs in shades of grey, blue, or sage green are luxurious and versatile, complementing a variety of decor styles and colours. If you want to add a boho feel to your space, try one of our plush rugs in a Moroccan diamond, ornate, or zigzag pattern. No matter which option you choose, these super-soft area rugs will instantly elevate your home.

Because of their soft, fuzzy, and furry texture, these plush area rugs work well in spaces where you’ll be walking or sitting a lot and can enjoy the feeling of the rug.

In the bedroom, try placing your plush area rug either under or next to the bed so that it’s the first thing you’ll step on morning and night. In the living room, a large plush rug works great under the edge of the sofa, coffee table, and any side chairs to create a cosy seating area. You can also consider layering rugs. Keep your fluffy rugs looking fresh and clean—even the white ones! Our plush area rugs are water-resistant, stain-resistant, and machine-washable so you never have to worry about spills or tracking dirt. If there is an accident, our two-part system allows you to easily remove the Rug Cover from the Rug Pad and place it in the wash.

In between washes, you can keep your plush rug looking its best by vacuuming it. It's important to select the right settings, attachments, techniques, and vacuum type, since many household vacuums are designed to clean wall-to-wall carpet and hardwood. We recommend the following so you don’t damage your plush rug:

Settings: Use low suction and low power, often labeled “hard floor” or “low-pile carpet,” with the beater bar/brush turned off.

Attachments: Use handheld attachments, if available, without bristles, brushes, or beater bars.

Technique: Use a pull motion only instead of the traditional push and pull motion. Avoid vacuuming the edges and corners.
