Need your rug sooner? Express shipping is available on Flatwoven and Tufted rugs (excluding Scotland and P.O. Boxes). When you choose express, your order jumps to the top of our production queue. Please note, express shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.

Returns & Refunds

Lifeโs messy. Thatโs why our rugs are washableโand why weโve created the Life Happens Guarantee. Itโs here to make sure your purchase feels worry-free.
If you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus a processing fee, see returns page for details), as long as they show only normal wear and tear.
Prefer an exchange? No problemโweโll swap your rug for another style within the same 30-day window at no extra cost.
If a returned item shows more than everyday use (spills and stomps are fine; bonfire night burns, not so much), we may not be able to offer a refund. Full details are in our returns policy.

Refunds
Once weโve received your return, weโll process your refund within 14 business days back to your original payment method. The return shipping charge (based on your chosen method) will be deducted from your refund total.
